Does BillPip send invoices automatically?
No. AI never sends anything by itself. BillPip drafts the invoice; you check it and press send. The send button always names who it goes to, for example “Send to Jordan”.
Do reminders go out on their own?
Only if you switch them on, per invoice or per client. You see the schedule before anything is planned, and every reminder that goes out appears in the invoice timeline.
Which languages can my invoices be in?
English, Dutch and German. The paper uses your client’s language, with the matching formats for amounts and dates. Invoices and reminders address your client politely (u in Dutch, Sie in German).
Can I edit every field?
Yes. The draft is the real invoice on paper, and every field on it stays editable until you send it. Text written by AI is marked so you know to check it.
How do my clients pay?
The invoice shows your IBAN and a payment reference. An online payment link is planned.
What does BillPip cost?
Prices are not final yet. We will publish plans and prices on the pricing page once they are set.
Where is my data stored?
We will publish the hosting location, processors and retention periods on the security page before launch.
